Prophetess Freda Y. Cross is a born again believer who received the Lord at the young age of nine years old. She is a native of Hopewell Virginia who has been a resident of Suffolk, Va since the year 1997. She is the wife of Apostle R.H. Cross, Jr. He serves as a bishop under the Apostolic Faith Church of God, Live On. She is the proud mother of three sons who are Richard Cross, III, Micah and Joshua. And, she is blessed with a beautiful daughter in law whose name is Danielle. And Last but certainly not least, an adorably handsome grandson, whose name is Noah. They are all wonderful jewels who are great assets to the ministry.

Prophetess Cross is a high school graduate and holds a degree from the University of Maryland in Small Business Management. She also holds a diploma in computerized accounting from Temple Business College in Maryland.

Prophetess Cross accepted her call to the ministry 1993. And, after working diligently under her pastor, she was ordained as an elder in 1996. Then, she was assigned the position as Co-Pastor of the Rose of Sharon Worship Center, Franklin, VA. In addition, in 2003 she was assigned as Co-Pastor of El Bethel Worship Center, Suffolk VA. Although she have served in this capacity for some time, in 2005, she was affirmed in her apostolic office as a Prophetess called by God to serve the Body of Christ and to give hope to a dying world. Prophetess Cross also walks in a strong prophetic anointing and she also has a powerful healing anointing which is directed by the Holy Spirit. God has given her a charge to speak the word which brings alignment to the body of Christ. Since her determination is to see the Lord’s face in peace, obedience is her highest priority.

During her Christian walk, Prophetess Cross has served in many capacities. She holds positions in both the local assembly and the Live on Ministries church body. She serves as the National Evangelist of Live On Ministries, Inc. and in addition, she works extensively in her local churches for the sake of the gospel.

She has a burning desire to minister to the needs of women in whatever capacity and to share with them that God is concerned about their “whole” person. Besides caring for her family, Prophetess Cross has dedicated her entire life to the furtherance of the gospel of Jesus Christ wherever her gift is needed.
